Announcing Our 2026-27 Leadership Restructuring

As we conclude a successful school year and look ahead to 2026-27, Rapoport Academy is pleased to announce a strategic leadership restructuring. This transition is designed to create a more consistent and supportive environment for every student and staff member.

Elementary Campus Leadership

  • Pre-K - 1st Grade Campus (Flewellen Rd): Lauren Teague will serve as Principal, supported by Erick Smith as Assistant Principal.

  • 2nd - 4th Grade Campus (MacArthur Dr.): Jennifer Whitlark will lead as Principal, with Dr. Barbara Page serving as Assistant Principal.

  • Student Support: We are thrilled that Catrena Thomas is transitioning into the role of Elementary Counselor, dedicated to supporting our students' emotional and social growth.

Secondary Campus Leadership

  • Quinn Middle School: Shasta Sneed will serve as Principal, with Denise Whitfield as Assistant Principal.

  • Meyer High School: Dr. Tyler Ellis will lead as Principal, supported by Jessica Jones as Assistant Principal.

This updated hierarchy empowers our leaders to focus deeply on the unique needs of their individual campuses. By strengthening campus-level leadership, we are committed to providing a more cohesive experience for our entire school community.
